Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Listen to Learn. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them on behalf of your family.

The service

Listen to Learn is operated by UM CLOUD SOLUTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and provides an English-learning program for children aged 3–10. The Foundation program is available free of charge. Full Access (Phrases, Comprehension, and new lessons added over time) is available by paid subscription.

Accounts

Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian aged 18 or older. You are responsible for the Google account used to sign in and for activity under your account. Lessons are intended for supervised use by children.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

  • Full Access is billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Prices are shown before you confirm.
  • New subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription continues at the stated price for your plan.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You are prohibited from using this website or its content:

  • for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
  • to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state laws, regulations, or rules;
  • to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others;
  • to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate;
  • to submit false or misleading information;
  • to upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code that may affect the functionality or security of the service or any related website;
  • to collect or track the personal information of others, or to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; or
  • for any obscene or immoral purpose.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Intellectual property

This website and its related software and content (including images, designs, and characters such as Sarah) are the intellectual property of and are exclusively owned by UM CLOUD SOLUTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. Except as expressly stated, these terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the website or its software, and all rights are reserved. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the lessons or content.

Disclaimers, indemnity & liability

Listen to Learn is an educational aid offered "as is". We don't guarantee specific learning outcomes, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UM CLOUD SOLUTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

We may change or terminate your access to our products, services, and this website, with or without notice, at any time, if you provide false or misleading registration information, interfere with other users or the operation of our services, are the subject of a request by law enforcement or governmental authority, or otherwise violate these Terms.

Severability & waiver

If any portion of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that portion will be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any of these Terms is not a waiver, and any amendment or waiver must be made in writing by us.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Lahore, Pakistan (including any consumer court) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service.
