Cancellation & Refund Policy

Listen to Learn is a digital subscription. This page explains your free trial, how to cancel, and when refunds apply.
Free trial
New subscribers may start Full Access with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you don't cancel, the subscription continues automatically at the stated price for your plan.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. Payments and subscriptions are managed by our secure payment provider, and you can cancel from the customer portal link in any receipt or renewal email you receive. You can also email support@listentolearn.kidsand we'll help.
When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. Access continues until the end of the current paid period— you keep what you've already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
Payments are handled securely by our payment provider. You can request a refund within 14 days of your payment by emailing support@listentolearn.kids, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method in line with this policy.
We review every refund request within 2 business days. Once approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5–10 business daysfor the amount to appear on your statement.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method, and your access to the paid subscription ends once a refund is issued. This does not affect any statutory refund or withdrawal rights you have under the laws of your country.
