Customer service & operational hours

You can reach us by phone, and on WhatsApp, at +92 307 1357222. For anything account- or billing-related, email is usually fastest.

Operational hours:Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time). The app and lessons are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — the hours above are when our support team responds.
