Listen to Learn is a 100% digital service. There is nothing to ship — access is delivered online, to your account, as soon as your payment is confirmed.

A digital service — no physical goods

Listen to Learn is an online English-learning program for children, used in a web browser on a phone, tablet, or smart-TV. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. There are no parcels, couriers, shipping fees, or delivery addresses involved.

How access is delivered

When you create an account, the free Foundation program is available immediately — no payment required. When you start a paid subscription (Full Access), your upgraded access is granted instantly to your online parent account as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment provider. There is no waiting period and nothing to install — simply sign in at listentolearn.kids and your lessons are unlocked.

If a payment is confirmed but your access has not updated, please refresh the page or sign out and back in. If it still hasn't unlocked within a few minutes, email support@listentolearn.kidsand we'll put it right.

Subscriptions & renewals

Full Access is a subscription. You may start with a 7-day free trial; you are not charged during the trial. After the trial, the subscription continues automatically for your chosen plan (monthly or yearly) and renews at the end of each billing period, so your child's access never lapses. Each renewal extends your online access for the next period — again, delivered instantly to your account, with nothing to ship.

You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.

Devices & availability

Your subscription works across every device that signs in to your account — phone, tablet, and the living-room TV browser — with no separate downloads or app-store purchases. An internet connection is required to stream lessons.
